We accept payment via paypal, which is a secured online credit card payment system. You do not need to have a paypal account. With a credit card, you are able to make payment. (Good news!) Paypal transaction fees are fully absorbed by us. All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international PCI (payment card industry) compliance.

We welcome local and overseas orders. Once payment is received, order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
There is a flat rate shipping fee of 9.99 via registered mail for local orders. We offer free delivery on orders above 99. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will only be processed on the next working day. A tracking number will be issued for you to keep track of the status of your order. A Delivery Advice note will be deposited into recipient’s letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL/ CANCELLATIONS & MAKING CHANGES
All orders received through our system is immediately sent to our warehouse for immediate processing. As such, we would not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once the order is completed.
You will receive a confirmation email with the invoice number, once we have received your payment. Shipping of items will only take place after payment has been cleared.
If you receive an on-page confirmation that the order was received, this means that the order has gone through. Please check your email spam box to see if your order confirmation email was filtered there by your server.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Asia’s Beauty Secrets takes pride in the products that we offer. If your order arrives damaged, expired or we’ve sent the wrong thing, please let us know.
Damaged items, expired goods or incorrect orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of the order. Please ensure:
- Item is in its original purchase condition
- Item is unopened and unused
- All packaging is unmarked and not defaced in any manner
We will review your return request to establish whether we will:
- Replace the product with a new item
- Give you a full refund for the item
- Credit your account with the value of that item
If you wish to exchange an incorrect delivery or faulty or damaged product, please contact us and let us know the reason, your contact details and your invoice number.
